THE RIGHT TO PROTEST - Pomona Municipal Code Section 34-39(a)(1) allows us to assemble peasefully on public sidewalks - The use of amplified sound is prohibited unless a permit is obtained - The First Amendment of the U.S.Constitution protects our right to peacefully protest RESPECT EACH OTHER- NO VIOLENCE Those who would also like to participate in protest of recent immigration events are welcome to join"
